Jonny Wilkinson says England 'in a good place' for 2015 Globe Cup
Jonny Wilkinson says Great britain are in a "really good place" one year out from hosting the Game World Cup.
Wilkinson, whose ground goal won the Webb Ellis trophy in 2003, believes coach factory outlet Stuart Lancaster has put the pillars in place for success.
As a result, England can handle being "there and thereabouts, maybe against the best, " he had to talk about.
Wilkinson also said he is good considering an invitation to help out and about with England's World Cup treatments.
"I have spoken to the online marketers a bit, just because they were saying, 'feel free to come along and have a little conversation and see if there's anything you should certainly add', " said Wilkinson, who else
retired as a player in May.

"I could very well pop down there and spend some time on the sidelines and watch the guys and revel in that. "
England, who have completed runners-up in the last three Six Peuplade Championships, face a challenging drop programme featuring Twickenham showdowns containing reigning world champions New Zealand, South Africa, Samoa and Australia.
But unfortunately Wilkinson is encouraged by how Lancaster's side is shaping up. "We are in a really good place, " he still said.
"The work has been completed create the platform to give the guys a little something solid to launch from, that gives you the consistency of understanding that you are going to be there and thereabouts even against the best.
"The guaranteed, I guess, is what's being engineered and will be shown more and more this year with big teams. You have got to win, you have to learn how to win and get that power going.
"You need that road to keep moving upwards because that's the power you need. "
