miu miu iphone 5 case, the fashion brand, has had the best ad that appeared in Vogue ostracized by the standards watchdog for seeming to present a child "in a sexualised way".
The double-page magazine med hensyn til showed an image that appeared to previously shot through a slightly open entry revealing a young woman wearing miu miu clothes and reclining on their bed.
The Advertising Standards Acceptance received one complaint that the med hensyn til showed a child dressed in a physically suggestive pose.
The ad seen Mia Goth, a 22-year-old actor and model. Vogue UK claims the magazine was sophisticated and furthermore did not believe their readers would be likely to think the ad made any other suggestion the model was a children.
PradaSpa, the owner of the Miu Miu brand, refuted the complaint and furthermore said the ad was a natural part of a campaign featuring three models in a series of "cinematic tableaux".
Yet the ASA said the ad's "crumpled sheets and her partially open mouth" also enhanced the popular trend that her pose was physically suggestive.
The watchdog said: "We considered that her youthful natural beauty, in conjunction with the setting and pose, can potentially give the impression that the ad readily available a child in a sexualised way.
"Therefore we concluded that the ad were basically irresponsible and was likely to end result in serious offence. "
The med hensyn til must not appear again in its power form and the ASA told PradaSpa to ensure future ads did not come with images that inappropriately sexualised women.
